Push the products that will be pulled !
The market and type of demand is changing.
In the past one could push products into the market, they would be sold one way or
the other on one day or the other.
Then customers wanted new products more often, so production costs and number of
leftovers rose. So we adopted and tried to serve the market with a pull approach.
Now, with the number of new product introductions and the still long production lead
times, we cannot afford only to wait for pull. We need a hybrid approach.
